The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on October 21st, 2019 at approximately 3PM, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Stephanie F. Kuti, age 32 of Waterloo, New York. Kuti was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B Felonies. It is alleged that Kuti sold “crack” cocaine while in the Town of Seneca Falls. At the time of her arrest, a passenger in her vehicle, Rianne S. Seoud, age 28 of Geneva, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, class A Misdemeanors. It is alleged that Seoud possessed a quantity of Suboxone, a digital scale, and packaging material used for distributing and weighing of controlled substances. Kuti was held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on a County Court Indictment Warrant. Kuti was then arraigned at County Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Seoud was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date. Members of the Narcotics Unit were assisted by the Geneva Police Department and Seneca Falls Police Department.
