The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on July 18th, 2019, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Ashley N. Swarey, age 30, of Ritter Road, Waterloo, NY. Swarey was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree, Class C Felonies. It is alleged that Swarey sold Buprenorphrine, also known as Suboxone, in the Town of Seneca Falls on two separate dates. Swarey is being held at the Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment at Centralized Arraignment Court.
