Press Release - Two charged in drug search warrant execution
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On January 10, 2014, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested two subjects following a search warrant execution at a Town of Seneca Falls residence.
Members of the Sheriff’s Office and the Seneca Falls Police Department executed the search warrant at 26 ½ Green Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Following the search warrant execution, Sheriff’s Investigators located and seized twenty-nine individually packaged baggies of cocaine, twenty-three individually packaged baggies of marihuana, and nearly $1100 in cash. It was also learned that a young child resides in the apartment.
Charged were the following:
Brandon C. Gregory, 28, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation. Gregory was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $50,000 cash bail/$100,000 secured bond. Gregory is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on January 15, 2013 at 10am. Sheriff’s Investigators also learned that Gregory has two felony warrants in the States of South Carolina and Georgia. It is yet to be determined whether Gregory will be extradited at this point.
Brianna L. Allen, 22, was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation. Allen was released on appearance tickets to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on February 3, 2014 at 10am.
Both defendants reside at the residence.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit assisted at the scene. The Seneca County Child Protective Services Unit was also notified and are assisting in the investigation.
