FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports, Deputies arrested Joshua T Bajdas age 16, of 4887 State Route 96A Romulus NY on June 16th 2012 at 7:46pm for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree a Class E Felony. It is alleged Bajdas broke three windows at a residential facility in the Town of Varick resulting in a total of $345.00 worth of damage. Bajdas was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500cash bail $1000secured bond. Bajdas is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Romulus Court on June 22nd 2012 to answer the charges
