Press Release - Domestic Incident



The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on Tuesday May 29th 2018, Deputies arrested Timothy M. Patchen age 28 of Romulus following a Domestic Incident that occurred on May 27th. The arrest stems from a 911 call made by Geneva General hospital, who reported a female arrived in the emergency room early Sunday morning with several injuries. After further investigation it is alleged that the female and Patchen got into a physical altercation after returning home from a local establishment. It is alleged that Patchen attacked the female, tackling her to the ground and placing his knee in the female’s chest so that she could not leave. During the altercation, Patchen also bit the female in the leg and took her phone while she attempted to call for help. Patchen was charged with Harassment, Criminal Mischief 4th and Unlawful Imprisonment. Patchen was arraigned in the T/Romulus Court and committed to the Seneca County jail on $500.00 Cash and $1,000 Bond.
