Press Release - Agg harrassment arrest



On May 14, 2018 at about 4:30pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Albert L. Sherman, Jr., age 37, of 127 Culvert Avenue, Syracuse, New York, on charges of Aggravated Harassment in the First Degree, a Class E Felony, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Making Graffiti, a Class A Misdemeanor.  It is alleged that Sherman drew an offensive Nazi emblem and wrote racially derogatory language on a wall of a Recreation Yard within the Seneca County Correctional Facility.  Sherman is currently an inmate of the Correctional Facility and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Romulus Town Court on May 25, 2018 at 10am.
