On February 20, 2018, at approx. 4pm, the Seneca Co Sheriff’s Office arrested Arthur J. Sinicropi, age 34, of 10 Troup St. Seneca Falls New York for Driving While Intoxicated,  after leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Seneca County Deputies were called to a property damage accident on State Route 89 in the Town of Tyre after the vehicle had fled  from the scene at a high rate of speed after crossing the lane and striking two road signs. Deputies located the vehicle and operator shortly thereafter and determined Sinicropi was intoxicated. Sinicropi was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage MVA, failure to keep right, DWI and Aggravated DWI.  He was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and released on his own recognizance. Sinicropi’s next court appearance is set for March 20, 2018 at 9am. The Sheriff's Office was assisted by Seneca Falls Police and the New York State Police.
