Press Release - Narcotics Arrest



The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on February 14th, 2018 at approximately 1:00PM members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Kimberly R. Keller, age 28, of 475 Exchange St. Apt 3, Geneva, NY, following an investigation in to the possessing and trafficking of “crack” cocaine within the local community.  The investigation concluded with a traffic stop on State Route 5 and 20 in the Town of Waterloo.  At the time of the traffic stop, investigators seized multiple baggies of suspected “crack” cocaine and United States Currency.  There were also two young children present in the vehicle during the traffic stop.  Keller was charged with the following:


One count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B felony


Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies


Two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree, Class A Misdemeanors


One count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the Third Degree, Unclassified Misdemeanor.


Keller was arraigned at the Town of Tyre Court where she was released on her own recognizance.  She is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Tyre Court on 02/21/18 at 1800hrs.  Child Protective Services were notified of the incident.  Sheriff’s Investigators were assisted by members of the Uniformed Road Patrol and the Geneva Police Department.
