Press Release - Welfare Fraud Arrest
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On February 16, 2017, at about 2:30pm, Seneca County Sheriff's Investigators arrested Jacqueline M. Pethybridge, age 47, of 192 Ovid Street, Lot 45, Seneca Falls, New York, on charges related to a welfare fraud investigation. Pethybridge was charged with two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree, Class E Felonies, and two counts of Welfare Fraud in the Fifth Degree, Class A Misdemeanors. It is alleged that Pethybridge received financial assistance from Seneca County, but failed to completely report her household income. Pethybridge was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Waterloo Village Court on March 15, 2017 at 5pm.
