Press Release - Larceny Arrest

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

On December 7, 2016, at about 7:53am, Seneca County Sheriff's Investigators arrested David G. Brownell, age 53, of 907 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Lot 15, Waterloo, New York, on two counts of Petit Larceny, Class A Misdemeanors, and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, a Class E Felony.  The charges stem from an investigation into Brownell allegedly stealing numerous items from two residences in the Town of Fayette and Town of Varick.  It is further alleged that Brownell stole building materials and damaged them.  Brownell was issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Fayette Court on January 18, 2017 at 7pm and the Town of Varick Court on February 1, 2017 at 7pm.  Following the arrest, Brownell was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail due to a Violation of Parole.
