Press Release - Criminal Solicitation Arrest
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On July 12, 2016, at about 1:00pm, Seneca County Sheriff's Investigators arrested Daniel S. MacGill, age 21, no permanent address, on a charge of Criminal Solicitation in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony. The charges stem from an incident where MacGill allegedly commanded someone to kill a potential witness in a criminal investigation. MacGill is currently remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on unrelated charges. MacGill was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded back to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. MacGill is to reappear in the Romulus Town Court on July 22, 2016 at 10am to answer the charge.
