Press Release - Narcotics Arrest. Additional Charges from Police Pursuit.

On March 15, 2016, at about 4:00pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Samuel J. McCullough, age 25, of 104 Hickory Manor Drive, Rochester, New York, on several charges related to the sale and distribution of illicit drugs in the local community. It is alleged that McCullough sold crack cocaine, heroin, and imitation controlled substances in the Village of Waterloo and Town of Seneca Falls. McCullough was subsequently charged with:Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (two counts), Class B FeloniesCriminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (two counts), Class B FeloniesSale of an Imitation Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor McCullough was also charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, Class D Felonies, related to the police pursuit on 03-11-16. These charges stem from allegations that McCullough intentionally damaged a Sheriff’s Office vehicle and a crop field. McCullough remains incarcerated in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $100,000 cash bail/$200,000 secured bond.
