Press Release - Arson/ Shooting arrests

The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that Investigators have concluded the shooting and vehicle arson investigation that occured on Sept 10 2015 at the Cayuga Nation 'Varick House" located at 2906 Co Rd 124 in Romulus with the arrest of the last two remaining suspects:

On March 12th at approximately 2:00 P.M. Deputies arrested Marcus A. Redeye, 18, of Salamanca NY , on a warrant issued from the Town of Varick Court for Assault in the Second Degree, a Class D felony. Redeye was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash bail, $30,000 secured bond. Redeye is to reappear to the Town of Fayette Court at a later date to answer the charges. Sheriff's Deputies also arrested Devin R. Bomberry, 23, of Salamanca NY, on a warrant from the Town of Varick Court for Arson 3rd a Class C Felony and Criminal Mischief 2nd a Class D Felony. Bomberry was arraigned  in the Town of Fayette and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash bail, $30,000 secured bond. Bomberry is also to reappear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date.
