Press Release - Narcotics and Weapon arrest
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On January 6, 2016, at about 10:15am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Willie D. McKoy, Jr., age 28, no permanent address, on several charges following an investigation in the Town of Waterloo. It is alleged that McKoy possessed a “billy,” a digital scale, packaging material commonly used in the distribution of illicit drugs, and a small quantity of crack cocaine while at a Town of Waterloo residence.McKoy was charged with:Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class D FelonyCriminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree (two counts), Class A MisdemeanorsCriminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor McKoy was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. McKoy is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on January 8, 2016 at 11:45am. The New York State Division of Parole assisted in the investigation and arrest.
