Press Release - Narcotics Arrest



On January 4, 2016, at about 10:00am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Tyler J. Parshall, age 24, and Brianna S. Long, age 29, both of 4490 Dilts Road, Romulus, New York, on several charges following an investigation at their residence.  It is alleged that Parshall and Long unlawfully possessed a quantity of clonazepam and marihuana while in close proximity to two children.  Both Parshall and Long are both currently on probation supervision with Seneca County and the items were seized by Probation Officers as a result of a search of the residence.  Parshall and Long were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree (two coutns), and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  Parshall and Long are currently remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail on violations of probation and are to appear in the Varick Town Court on January 27, 2016 at 7pm to answer these charges.
