Press Release - Two employees of Seneca County Water and Sewer Department arrested
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On 07/22/2014, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested two employees of Seneca County Water & Sewer Department following an investigation into allegations of misconduct.
Gordon A. Carroll Jr., age 45, of 7045 First Street, Willard New York. Carroll was charged with two counts of Official Misconduct and one count of Falsifying Business records in the Second Degree. The misconduct charges result from allegations that Carroll engaged in activities related to a lawn mowing business and scrap business during County work hours. The Falsifying Business Records charge result from an allegation that Carroll filed a false work and activity log and time sheet with the County of Seneca.
Kenneth E. Kline, age 29, of 7461 Rock River Road, Ovid, New York. Kline was charged with two counts of Falsifying Business Records in the Second Degree for allegedly filing false work activity logs and time sheets with the County of Seneca.
