Making a Terroristic Threat Arrest

On April 26, 2019, at about 7:00pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators charged Jayson R. Hall, age 34, of 37 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, New York, on a charge of Making a Terroristic Threat, a Class D Felony. The charge stems from an incident where Hall allegedly threatened to cause an explosion at the Seneca Falls Town Court while in the presence of numerous witnesses. At the time of the incident, it is alleged that Hall was upset over a recent court decision that personally involved him. Hall was arraigned in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Hall is to reappear in the Romulus Town Court at a later date. The Seneca Falls Police Department also assisted in the arrest.
