On 08/10/2021 at about 7:50 pm, The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested David E. King, 42, of Auburn, NY on one count of Grand Larceny 4th (class E Felony), Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Reckless Driving, Unlawful Fleeing (all class A misdemeanors) and multiple UTT’s. It is alleged that King stole property from a business in the Town of Junius and left the scene. Deputies located King’s vehicle and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. King then fled from Deputies and led them on a pursuit. Deputies were able apprehend King and he was taken into custody. He was released on an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date to answer charges.
New York State Police, Seneca Falls Police Department, and Wayne County Sheriff’s Office all assisted.
