Harassment

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 7/31/2023 at about 10:27 PM, deputies arrested Mark S. Belliveau of 2170 E Seneca Street Ovid, NY 14521. Belliveau was charged with harassment 2nd degree with physical contact. The arrest stems from a 911 call dispatchers received about a possible assault in progress at 2202 State Route 96, FasTrac McDonalds in the Town of Ovid. Upon investigation it was found Belliveau had gotten into a physical altercation with the victim. Belliveau was turned over to the corrections division to be held until 08/01/2023 for CAP court arraignment at 8:00 AM. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
