The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 17, 2023 at approximately 7:00pm, Sheriff Deputies arrested David E. Maury, age 56 of 407 ½ W. Main Street in Waterloo for Grand Larceny in the 4th degree. The arrest stems from an incident at a business in Waterloo, NY in which Maury stole a wallet from another customer, which contained several credit cards. Maury was released on an appearance ticket and is due back to Waterloo Town Court on September 13, 2023 at 5:00pm.
