The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Reports that on 01/04/19 at around 12:30am, Deputies arrested Chad C Weaver, 31, of 4231 Yost Road Waterloo, NY for Felony Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop conducted by Deputies on State Route 96 in the Town of Varick when Deputies observed a vehicle speeding. After pulling the vehicle over, Deputies discovered Weaver to be intoxicated. Weaver was arrested for Felony DWI and Felony DWI with a BAC of .08% or more since he has prior DWI convictions within the past 10 years. He was also issued a UTT for Speeding over the State Speed Limit of 55mph. Weaver was transported to the LEC where he was processed and held for Centralized Arraignment.
