False Personation
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday November 11th, 2023 at around 3:09am, Deputies arrested 24 year old Donald L. Spencer of Tonowanda, New York following a Property Damage Accident Complaint that Deputies responded to in the Village of Waterloo. While investigating the accident scene, it was made known that Donald L. Spencer had knowingly given a false name and date of birth to deputies to avoid the consequences of only having a New York State Non – Driver ID Only while operating a Commercial motor vehicle on a New York state roadway. Spencer was then arrested and charged with False Personation, a Class B Misdemeanor and was also issued several UTT’s. Spencer was then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he was processed and subsequently released with an appearance ticket. Spencer is to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
