The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on December 24th at 2:16pm, Deputies arrested Lisa A. McParlin , age 60 of 16 George Street Dryden N.Y. for DWI. The arrest Stems from a Traffic stop on State Route 96 in the Town of Fayette after Deputies observed McParlin’s vehicle failing to stay within its lane and traveling into the oncoming traffic. Following further investigation after the traffic stop, Mcparlin was found to be intoxicated. She was charged with failure to keep right, Driving while intoxicated, as well as Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated for having a BAC above .18%. Mcparlin was released on UTT’s and will appear in the T-Fayette court on January 8th at 7pm to answer the charges.
