The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Steven Gravina 63 of Trumansburg N.Y. , after a property damage accident on RTE 96 in the Town of Covert. Deputies report that around 3pm on December 20, 2020, Deputies located Gravina in the ditch of the north bound lane of RTE 96 just north of the Tompkins County Line. Upon further investigation , Deputies discovered Gravina to be intoxicated . Gravina is charged with moving from the lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated DWI . Gravina was released to appear in the Town of Covert Court January 4th, 2021 at 10am.
