The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 09/15/2023 at about 11:32pm deputies responded to the area of Lodi Center Road and Dean Road in the town of Lodi for the report of a vehicle driving through a yard on private property that had ultimately come to rest in a ditch. Upon arrival, deputies located the vehicle in question and located the driver of the vehicle identified as Francis M. Leddy, age 26 of Waterloo NY. Upon further investigation Leddy was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody for DWI. Leddy was transported to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated DWI-Blood Alcohol Content of .18 or Higher and released on appearance tickets. Leddy is due back in the Town of Lodi Court where he will answer the charges at a later date.
