The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 4/16/2022 deputies arrested Daniel W. Foulkrod D.O.B. 09/02/1993, of 2238 Edwards Rd Waterloo, NY 13165, for endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment 2nd, harassment 2nd, and criminal mischief 4th. The arrest stems from an investigation of a domestic dispute that occurred at 2238 Edwards Rd in the Town of Waterloo. It was alleged that Foulkrod and a female got into a verbal argument, when Foulkrod took the female’s car keys and cell phone. The female attempted to run to a neighboring residence to call 911 several times when Foulkrod allegedly chased and carried the female, unwillingly, back to the residence and kept her there against her will. It was alleged the female was carrying a child the first two times she attempted to get away. Foulkrod was processed and turned over to corrections to await CAP court arraignment at 0800 hours on 4/17/2022 to answer to the charges. It is being requested that a class A order of protection be put in place against Foulkrod.
