Criminal trespass arrest Town of Waterloo

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports on May 10th 2020 at approximately 4:46PM, Deputies responded to a Waterloo business for a report of a trespass. Upon arrival Deputies found Stephen R. Schroeder, age 35 of Geneva on the property .    During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Schroeder had knowingly made entry into the locked and secured lot, which was  enclosed by a fence around  the business without permission. Schroeder was taken into custody without incident and transported to the LEC where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Schroeder was charged with , Criminal Trespass in the third degree, a class B Misdemeanor. Schroeder is to appear in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Court on a future date to answer the charge. Deputies were assisted on scene by members of the NYSP/Waterloo.
