The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on at 11:06 am on 9/23/20 Deputies arrested a 16 year old female Juvenile for Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor. Deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Tyre for the report of a Juvenile out of control. After investigation it was discovered the juvenile had tampered with the victim’s property while having no right to do so . The juvenile destroyed most of the residence causing a substantial inconvenience to the victim. The juvenile was released with an appearance ticket and due to appear at Seneca County Probation to answer to the charge
