The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on 03-14-2021 Deputies arrested Steven D. Downey, 32 , of Rt 89 Interlaken New York for Trespass and Criminal Mischief 4th. It’s alleged that Downey remaining unlawfully on a neighbors property and intentionally damaged property . Downey was issued an Appearance Ticket and is to appear in the Town of Ovid Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
