The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 10/14/19 at approx. 9:42 pm Deputies arrested Alan J White age 42 of Waterloo for Criminal Mischief 3rd class E Felony, Reckless endangerment 2nd class A misdemeanor, obstructing government official 2nd misdemeanor and trespass a violation. The arrest stems from an incident where Deputies were called to the Byrne Dairy store on Rt 5 in the Town of Waterloo for a report of a male throwing rocks thru the window of the store, nearly hitting the clerk. Deputies located the male in the area, and after a brief foot chase, Deputies were able to place White into custody with the assistance of NYSP, Geneva Police Department and Waterloo Police department. White was then turned over to corrections and arraigned at CAP court where he was committed to the correctional facility without bail . White is to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
