The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on October 27, 2020, Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Carlos H Lozada, age 29, on a charge of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. Lozada is currently incarcerated in the Seneca County Correctional Facility and destroyed property valued in excess of $250 dollars belonging to the Jail. Lozada was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Romulus Town Court on November 27, 2020 to answer the charge.
