The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on June 1st, 2021, members of the Narcotics Unit charged Samuel J. Eckert, age 32, of 941 Waterloo-Geneva Rd. lot 32 with one count of Criminal Contempt in the first degree and one count of Aggravated Family Offense. It is alleged that Eckert was in violation of an active stay away order of protection issued out of the Town of Waterloo Court. Eckert has previously been convicted of Criminal Contempt in the second degree within the previous five years, therefore elevating the above charges to felonies. Eckert is to be arraigned at CAP on June 1st, 2021 at 7:00PM.
