The Seneca County Sheriffs office reports that on 12/25/20 at approximately 3:00am, Deputies responded to an address in Interlaken for the report of a Harassment. After further investigation, Deputies arrested John B. Orak age 52 of 36 King Street in Trumansburg after it was determined he violated a class A Order of protection by sending several text messages to the protected party. Orak was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree and committed to the Seneca County jail where he was arraigned at CAP court and released to appear in Covert Town Court at a later date.
