The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 10/29/23 at about 8:00 P.M. they were contacted by Onondaga County Sheriff’s Department. Onondaga confirmed that they were in custody of Jamesha P Stith, 25 of Syracuse, New York. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office had an arrest warrant for Stith for Grand Laceny in the 4th degree and Conspiracy in the 5th Degree from an incident that occurred in September of this year. Stith was turned over to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and brought to the Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment Court.

Violation of Probation
The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on 10/26/2023 at approximately 6pm, Mindy Aguilera, age 45 of Waterloo NY, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. Aguilera was processed and held for at the Seneca County Corrections facility to await CAP Court arraignment.
Endangering the welfare of a child
The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on 10/13/2023 at approximately 4pm, Ginger S. Krupa, age 54 of Romulus NY, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation that began on 10/09/2023 after Krupa left a young child alone for an extended period of time, during this time the child was locked out of the home.
Krupa was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
Krupa is due back in the Romulus Town court where she will answer the charge at a later date
CPCS 7th
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 10/11/23 at around 2147, deputies arrested Dane P Kronenwetter, age 32, of Seneca Falls NY, Paul R Sturiale, age 34, of Seneca Falls NY and Jamie E Thompson, age 29, of Geneva NY on Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. The charges stem from an incident where deputies responded after an individual reported they had been menaced with a possible firearm. A traffic stop was conducted, and a subsequent investigation revealed that Kronenwetter, Sturiale and Thompson were allegedly in possession of a controlled substance. All three were transported to the Seneca county Correctional Facility where they were processed and released on Uniform Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Waterloo Court. The charges will be answered at a later date. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the Village of Waterloo Police Department as well as the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Possession Stolen Property
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 10/09/23 at about 440pm deputies arrested Cree A. Barlow, age 25, of Waterloo NY on Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree. The charges stem from an incident where Barlow was allegedly in possession of property that had been reported stolen earlier that day. Barlow was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca county correctional facility where he was processed and released with a Uniform Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
DWI
On 10/07/2023 at 10:28 PM The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports being dispatched to the area of East River road and Water Falls bridge in the Town of Seneca Falls for the report of a property damage accident. While investigating the accident, it was discovered the driver of one of the vehicles, Kyle Howe 29, of Auburn NY, was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Kyle was then arrested for DWI and transported to the Seneca County Sheriffs Office. Kyle was charged with driving while intoxicated, Driving while intoxicated with a BAC 0f .08 or higher, and following too closely. Kyle was released on an appearance ticket and is set to answer the charges in the T/Seneca Falls court on 11/08/2023.
Criminal Trespass
The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on October 1st, 2023 at 7:40pm, Seneca County Deputies arrested Corrie Smith age 39 of 290 Fall Street, Seneca Falls with Criminal Trespass 2nd degree.
Deputies report that the arrest stems from a domestic incident where Smith entered the victim’s residence without permission. Once inside the residence it is alleged that Smith attempted to gain entry to a locked bedroom by striking the doorknob with a clothes iron before leaving the scene. Smith was turned over to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
Crim. Possession Stolen Property/ Conspiracy
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 25, 2023, at 4:47 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies Apprehended four individuals. Darcy L. Walker, DOB:03/22/2000 243 W Matson Ave, Syracuse, NY, Keira V. Freeman, DOB:12/08/1978, 120 Amherst Ave, Syracuse, NY, Jamesha Stith, DOB:10/17/1998, 512 Pond St # 2, Syracuse, NY, Akeryonna A. Sawyer DOB:12/01/2000 102 Cordova St, Syracuse, NY. The arrests stem from a report of a theft at a local business of $1266.74 of merchandise, on Route 318 in the Town of Junius at approximately 4:09 PM. After an investigation, four individuals were taken into custody without incident. All suspects were brought to the Seneca County law enforcement center. Darcy L. Walker, Akeryonna A. Sawyer and Jamesha Stith were charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th and Conspiracy in the 5th. Kiera V. Freeman was charged with Criminal Possession of stolen property and Conspiracy in the 5th. The Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the New York State Police. Sawyer, Freeman, Stith were released with an appearance ticket to appear at Junius Town Court at a later date. Walker was held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility for CAP Court.
Criminal contempt and resisting arrest
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 09/24/2023 at about 08:41 PM, deputies arrested 36 year old Kyle W. Sinclair-Williams D.O.B. 08/27/1987, of Interlaken, NY 14847. Sinclair Williams was charged with criminal contempt 2nd and resisting arrest. The arrest stems from a 911 call that Sinclair-Williams had come to the address of the victim, a protected party of an order of protection. Subsequently Sinclair-Williams refused to be cooperative with deputies and resisted arrest by jumping out of the second-floor window of a barn in attempt to avoid arrest and then jumped off the roof. Once on the ground Sinclair-Williams continued to resist arrest and was combative with officers. Sinclair-Williams was then transported by Trumansburg EMS to Cayuga Medical Center for treatment. After being released from CMC, Sinclair-Williams was turned over to corrections to await CAP court arraignment on 9/25/2023 to answer the charges.
Harassment
Seneca County’s Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 24th 2023 around 9:58am , Sheriffs Deputies arrested Kyle W. Sinclair-William 36 of Interlaken NY following a domestic incident that occurred at a residence in the Town of Covert. Earlier that morning, Deputies responded to the residence for a dispute between family members. At the time both parties agreed to separate for the day. After a short time, Sheriffs Deputies were called back to a residence for a out of control male It is alleged that the male was using physical force to gain entry into the residence in addition to urinating and defecating on the female victim’s porch. Sinclair- Williams has been charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Tampering in the 3rd Degree. Sinclair-Williams was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center for arraignment. A Class A order of protection was issued to the female victim on behalf of Seneca County CAP Court.
