Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Investigators arrested Danielle Dunivan, age 25, of 5854 Route 96 Romulus, NY on March 9th 2022. Dunivan was charged with one count of Welfare Fraud in the third degree and one count of Misuse of Food Stamps. It is alleged that Dunivan failed to update records with the Seneca County Division of Human Services and by failing to do so obtained public benefits that she was not entitled to receive in excess of $3,000.00. Dunivan was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on April 6th 2022 to answer the charges.

Warrant Arrest
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Florencio L. Alicea, age 37, of 941 Waterloo-Geneva Rd. Lot 31 Waterloo, NY 13165. Alicea was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Waterloo Court on November 10th 2021. The arrest warrant was issued charging Florencio L. Alicea with one count each of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree. Once in custody Alicea was arraigned before the Seneca County Central Arraignment Court at which time he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail pending a future court appearance on 01/31/2022.
Assault in the 2nd degree Arrest
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Kyle W. Craig, age 30, of 1875 Auburn Road Lot 1 Seneca Falls, NY on January 29th 2022. Craig was charged with Class “D” felony Assault in the 2nd degree following a criminal investigation. The charge stems from an incident in which it is alleged that Craig caused physical injuries to a 26 year old male subject while both he and the victim were confined within the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Craig is scheduled to be arraigned before the next scheduled Seneca County Central Arraignment Court on the newly filed charge.
