The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday, November 13th 2021 at around 6:52pm Deputies arrested 29 year old Xavier J. Alford of Liverpool, New York. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop that occurred in the Town of Junius. Alford was stopped for operating a motor vehicle with only one headlight; and upon further investigation it was found that his driver’s license was revoked. Alford was charged with operating a motor vehicle with one headlight, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2nd. Alford was released on appearance tickets and is set to appear in the Town of Junius Court on a later date to answer to the charges.
