Aggravated Unlicensed Operation

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 in the Town of Romulus at around 10:22pm, Deputies arrested 32 year old Matthew T. Bell of 51 West Elizabeth Street, Waterloo, New York. The arrest stemmed from a New York State Vehicle and Traffic violation that deputies observed while on routine patrol. Upon further investigation, a records check did reveal that Bell’s New York State driving privileges were suspended six times on three dates. Bell was placed under arrest and charged with Crossing a Road Hazard Marking and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd. Bell was released on an appearance ticket and is set to appear in the Town of Romulus Court at a later date to answer the charges.
