Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Inmate

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on August 16, 2019 Investigators arrested a former inmate of the Seneca County Correctional Facility who is now being held at Attica Correctional Facility. Elliot Flores, age 27, was charged with Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Inmate, a Class E Felony. It is alleged that on July 4, 2019 Flores intentionally threw urine on the face and body of a male Seneca County Corrections Officer. Flores was arraigned at County Court in Seneca County and subsequently returned to Attica Correctional Facility. He is due back at County Court on a later date.
